This is a fantastic book with an alarming title. I’ve never watched iCarly, but I didn’t need to know her character to be riveted by this book. Jennette’s mother was the quintessential stage mom and controlled every aspect of her life – even showering her and wiping her butt well into her late teens! After her mother dies she starts therapy to gain control of her body and mind. Read this book if you want to be inspired.
