Matthew Perry’s new memoir is so very sad. I truly hope he sticks around. He writes about his drug use during and after Friends, and his stories are harrowing. He says you can track which substances he was abusing during filming by looking at his weight.
“When I’m carrying weight, it’s alcohol; when I’m skinny, it’s pills. When I have a goatee, it’s lots of pills.”
It only gets 4 stars out of 5 because I think it could have been shorter, but otherwise it’s a good read. Recommended.
